Pater Capaldi could be seen twice on BBC 1 today in 2014. On that day's edition of Blue Peter he could be seen greeting the latest DW / BP competition winners on the set of his first story as the Doctor. They had been tasked with designing sonic instruments to be used by the Paternoster Gang in Deep Breath.
Later that evening he was appearing on The One Show. He had a copy of the Target novel Doctor Who and the Zarbi with him.
