He shares his birthday with Jolyon Booth, who played the Menoptra Prapillius in The Web Planet. He turns 90.
We also remember Gertan Klauber (the slave galley overseer in The Romans, and Ola in The Macra Terror) who died on this date in 2008, aged 76; and John Flint, who was Sir William des Preaux in The Crusade and Concorde Captain Urquhart in Time-Flight. He passed away in 1987, aged 58.
