A German officer encountered by Sarah Jane Smith's young friend Clyde Langer after he became displaced in time. He, Sarah Jane and Rani Chandra had been sent into history to find pieces of a powerful metal called chronosteel which, if not removed to a place of safety, could destroy the world.
One such piece was to be found in an ancient church on England's south coast during World War II. The local school teacher - Miss Wyckham - was really a Nazi agent, who had helped Lt. Koenig and his soldiers sneak on shore. Koenig intended to use the chronosteel to block British radar, allowing the Germans to invade undetected.
Clyde joined forces with a young East End evacuee named George to fight against Koenig and Wyckham, preventing them from using the chronosteel, and alerting the Home Guard.
Koenig and his men were captured.

- German actor Wlaschiha is currently appearing in the insanely popular series Stranger Things. Prior to that he played the recurring character of the face-changing assassin Jaqen H'ghar in Game of Thrones.
