The fifth chapter of Flux is called Survivors of the Flux. The synopsis reads:
"As the forces of evil mass, the Doctor, Yaz and Dan face perilous journeys and seemingly insurmountable obstacles in their quest for survival".
A very generic sort of synopsis. Interesting, however, is the lack of any mention of Vinder. Had Captain Jack fulfilled this role, as we believe was intended until John Barrowmen fell out of favour with the world, would he have been as little used as Vinder has been so far?
