In the run up to 13's regeneration, the Doctor Who Twitter page has been releasing a series of portrait images of the Doctors, beginning with William Hartnell's First Doctor. This was posted on Monday.
The quotes relate to their regeneration, though in the case of the First it's actually a line from the David Bradley version of the Doctor, as spoken by him in Twice Upon A Time.
The Patrick Troughton Second Doctor portrait came on Tuesday, with his final lines from The War Games.
I'm assuming we will get a Third Doctor portrait / quote later today.
