The cover for the steelbook of the three Centenary Specials has been released. Elements from The Power of the Doctor are all known ones - the Master, Ashad, Tegan and Ace only. Presumably the images of the two classic companions derive from as yet unreleased publicity pictures.
If there are any other Doctors or companions appearing in the episode then they clearly can't be any bigger than cameos - not significant enough to get a reference in this artwork.
