The second season of the series with more Doctor Who connections than you can shake a stick at is finally being released on Blu-ray on 10th November in the UK. I pre-ordered mine back in March, so it's been a long wait just to get a release date.
Links to Doctor Who this time include an appreciation of the life of Jacqueline Pearce (The Two Doctors), which features contributions by Colin Baker and Nicola Bryant; Matthew Sweet on Terry Nation; interviews by him with Brian Croucher (Robots of Death) and designer Roger Murray-Leach, who worked on several of the classic Hinchcliffe-Holmes stories. There will be a lot of archive contributions from director David Maloney as well.
As with the Season 1 set, there's some nice CGI effects upgrades on view, which can be seen if you check out the new trailer on YouTube. (Not just CGI - there's quite a bit of proper model work courtesy of Mike Tucker).
As for Doctor Who's Season 13 box set, DWM has a preview in the next issue, and Terror of the Zygons is getting a screening at the BFI on 20th September, so its release should follow soon after that.
