The earlier rumour has been confirmed and Season 20 is most definitely the next to receive a Blu-ray box set. You can pre-order at the usual retailers, but as yet there is only a placeholder release date.

I mentioned the stories in my earlier post, so what of the extras?
Firstly, The Five Doctors is getting a new 40th anniversary version, with updated CGI and remastered film elements.
Snakedance and Enlightenment are both given optional new CGI effects as well.
Matthew Sweet interviews Janet Fielding and Sarah Sutton.
Two new documentaries are: a road trip around Europe with Davison, Sutton and Fielding; and an overview of the season / location revisit filmed in Amsterdam.
The King's Demons gets a "making of" feature, and there's archive Australian convention footage of Davison and Fielding.
Finally, other than a lot of studio and location filming off-cuts and the usual "Behind the Sofa" items, there is an American documentary from the 1980's called "Once Upon A Time Lord", which was made for PBS broadcast.
