The BBC have issued a couple of images of the Doctor and Ruby in dress of the Regency period. They are standing with an as yet unknown character who is being played by guest artist Jonathan Groff, who is best known for musical roles. I had assumed he would feature in the Jinkx Monsoon episode, but maybe that's also this one?
There appear to be at least two stories set in the past in this new series, as we've also seen the Doctor and Ruby in fab 1960's gear, and they were seen filming yesterday on a street which had been dressed as Abbey Road, with its famous zebra crossing.
