A green-haired humanoid encountered by the Doctor and her companions at the Tranquillity Spa leisure resort on Orphan 55 - a possible future Earth. He was employed there as chief maintenance engineer, working alongside his son Sylas. It quickly became apparent to the TARDIS crew that it was Sylas who was the brains behind the outfit, as he was far more technically skilled than his dad.
He and his son joined the Doctor on a mission to rescue guest Benni.
The pair were helped by the Doctor to repair the resort's transmat to allow some of the survivors of a Dregs attack to escape.

- The latest issue of Canadian fanzine whotopia WHOTOPIA MAGAZINE – The Canadian Fan Magazine Covering The Greater Whoniverse (wordpress.com) has an interesting article about politics and political correctness in recent Doctor Who, and points out the Chibnall era's trope of "bad dads" - including Nevi - in his series. It's quite critical of RTD2 as well, pointing out how shallow, or mishandled, his stories have been in this area.
