The Moonbase on DVD
According to an item on doctorwhonews.net (quoting a DVD listings site) The Moonbase is going to be released with the missing episodes 1 & 3 covered by animation and off-air soundtrack. The Radiophonics genius Brian Hodgson first mentioned recording a commentary for this nearly a year ago. So far this is only appearing as a pre-order on the US Amazon site.
Another R1 release is a set of four BBC America documentaries (for the first four Doctors) coupled with a representative story from their eras (The Aztecs, Tomb of the Cybermen, Spearhead From Space and The Pyramids of Mars). This set is called "The Doctors Revisited".
