Sontarans Over Liverpool

Publicity for Series 13 has finally gotten underway with the appearance of a rather garishly lit Sontaran spaceship in the skies above Liverpool's famous skyline.
It has been known for some time that the Sontarans were returning, with a new black / silver costume, as they had been seen and photographed at two locations, including a suburban street. This was the first time we knew that John Bishop would be featuring in the new series, though not, at that stage, that he would be a regular.
The BBC haven't yet confirmed the Sontaran presence in the series officially - this image above is the closest they've come to it, as every fan knows what a Sontaran spaceship looks like.
The announcement of the start date for the series is described as "imminent". Some fans think it'll be Sunday 31st October - Hallowe'en.
A trailer will no doubt appear along with the start date, but if it's anything like Chibnall's other trailers it won't show anything remotely interesting.
The only other things we know about the new series is that it's six episodes long and comprises a single storyline, or arc. The Weeping Angels were seen at a couple of locations. As production on this series merged into work on the specials, it's hard to say if the Daleks feature now or later.
The other location work involving Sontarans included British soldiers from the 19th Century. This, plus an actress' agency saying she's playing Mary Seacole in the series, points to a Crimean War setting.
Seacole is exactly the sort of historical figure Chibnall would have the Thirteenth Doctor meet.
