One of the original members of the Psychic Circus, Morgana told fortunes as well as running the ticket booth. She remained with the group after it had been taken over by the ancient Gods of Ragnarok, but discreetly attempted to stop people from entering. The Chief Clown, who had no qualms about supporting the Gods, intimidated her into permitting the Doctor and Ace to enter. The Ringmaster shared her concerns about what they were being forced to do.
The Chief Clown and his robot underlings forced the pair into a basket as part of a disappearing act - and both vanished, presumably destroyed.
