Barry Justice, who played King Charles IX in The Massacre was only 39 when he passed away in 1980.
And William Mervyn - Sir Charles Summer in The War Machines - died in 1976, aged 64.
Mervyn was the father of the late Michael Pickwoad, the designer who worked on the series from A Christmas Carol in 2010 to Twice Upon A Time in 2017.
