Trailer today - but when is the episode being shown?

The BBC have released a little teaser in advance of a new trailer which is due to debut some time today - presumably either side of a prime-time programme such as their celebrity game show The Hit List or Strictly.
The teaser is very brief and comprises two scenes, not included on the previous trailer. We see the Doctor and Yaz running across a barren wasteland dodging laser fire, then there is a shot of the TARDIS in a strange landscape with giant mushroom-like plants on the horizon. Both clips look like they were filmed in a quarry at night, so possibly from the same scene.

Hopefully tonight's trailer will finally resolve the broadcast date mystery. We've all been assuming 23rd October for two reasons - (i) it is a Sunday, and (ii) it is a Sunday either side of the actual BBC Centenary date (Tuesday 18th October).
However, the BBC's own digiguide and material from their media centre show no Doctor Who on Sunday 23rd October, and you'll recall that there is no Doctor Who connection on Graham Norton's show on Friday 21st.
I have read that the BBC material isn't always reliable, often subject to change. Then again, the following week is Hallowe'en weekend, so are they possibly holding off until then?
Tonight, we'll know one way or t'other.
