The BBC have issued a number of images from the gathering prior to the press screening tonight.
UPDATE: the ending of the episode was not screened, so the regeneration will remain a mystery even if the press and other attendees do blab about other things.
The only image that might need some explaining is the one below, which shows a prop from the episode - a fancy looking high tech chair.
