A member of Salamander's personal staff, who acted as his food taster. She befriended Jamie and Victoria when they infiltrated the Central European Zone HQ in Budapest. When Victoria said that she envied her working with a powerful man like Salamander, Fariah made it clear that she was working for him under duress, and really hated him. Salamander tended to employ blackmail to coerce people into working for him, so presumably he had something on her. Fariah stole a file containing evidence of Salamander's corruption, and took it to the Australian offices of his rival, Giles Kent. However, she was followed by Benik - Salamander's henchman. During a raid on the offices, Fariah was shot dead whilst trying to escape, and Benik retrieved the file.
