Season 24 will be the next Blu-ray box set. No release date yet, but wouldn't make a difference as they never get released when they're due (Season 8 has just been pushed back to 8th March).
Sylvester McCoy's first season isn't highly regarded. The four stories are Time and the Rani, Paradise Towers, Delta and the Bannermen, and Dragonfire.
All four stories are being presented in extended form, so God help us with the first story...
No new CGI mentioned but lots of other extras.
There's a new documentary looking at the whole season, and another "Dinner with the Doctor" which features McCoy, Aldred, Langford and Clive Merrison, who guested in the second story.
The big Matthew Sweet interview is, naturally enough, with McCoy.
Three Behind the Sofa panels: McCoy, Aldred and Langford; Colin Baker and Michael Jayston; and Peter Davison, Sarah Sutton and Janet Fielding.
Lots and lots of behind the scenes material.
There's an interminably long trailer on YouTube if you want to know more.
I'm more than a little disappointed about this, not just because it's a least liked season, but because I really wanted them to finally give us one of the B&W seasons.
