Just what is the "Regeneration" DVD? (Updated)

The appearance of "Doctor Who: Regeneration" on a few DVD retail sites - scheduled for 10th June and costing £41.00 (so the RRP will be £49.99) - has got people speculating. What is this release? The two new series regeneration stories would hardly justify the price tag. A set of classic regeneration story re-releases makes more sense - until you wonder why not wait until the original regeneration of The Tenth Planet - promised for later this year anyway.
So, might the first Cyberman story be getting an early release as part of a box-set? There is no mention of the story in its own right on those same retail sites, which has got folk worried that you will be forced to purchase the box-set - or have to wait months for the stand-alone release. If this is the case, it would be an incredibly cynical ploy by 2Entertain.
As with the release of The Invasion of Time, it really ought to come out both on its own and as part of a box-set simultaneously for those who didn't already have the other three Sontaran stories.
One other confusion is the release date - coming as it does just one week after the expected release of The Mind of Evil, which is in turn just one week after the scheduled release of the Inferno SE. The Terror of the Zygons is also due two weeks after, on the 24th.
I certainly won't be happy to see any new release shunted back in the schedules for a box set containing half a dozen stories we already own (one of which would have already had a re-release).
I hope the speculation is wrong, and 2Entertain are not intending to celebrate the 50th Anniversary with a massive rip-off.

Update 22/3/13: On revisiting Amazon, this is now specifically called "The Regeneration Box Set". They price it at £44.99. Does anyone who already owns it really want another copy of Time And The Rani???
